Holly Wiggins is a visionary leader and influential voice in women's empowerment renowned for her dynamic blend of strategic expertise and passionate advocacy for women's leadership and development. As the Founder of Ladies Level Up, Holly has created a powerful platform dedicated to inspiring women to embrace their full potential through collaboration, not competition. Her mission is to cultivate a global community of women leaders who are empowered to make impactful changes in their personal lives, workplaces, and societies.
With an illustrious career as the Chief Strategy Officer at the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Office of the Chief Scientist, Holly has been at the forefront of driving innovation and strategic change within the USDA's R&D enterprise. Her role has seen her build critical partnerships and enhance the visibility of USDA Science, demonstrating her exceptional leadership in navigating complex organizational landscapes.
Before her tenure with the USDA, Holly's diverse experience spans a decade in private industry leadership roles, from product management to branding across manufacturing, publishing, and consumer products sectors. Her entrepreneurial spirit is evidenced by over twenty years at the helm of her own consulting firm, where she has been a trusted advisor to C-Suite executives on innovation, strategy, and change management.
Holly's professional ethos centers on leveraging diverse perspectives and the "collective mind" to address some of science and society's greatest challenges. Her commitment to diversity and inclusion shines through her advocacy work, where she pushes for systemic change and the empowerment of underrepresented voices.
An accomplished public speaker, Holly shares her insights and experiences to motivate and empower women around the world. Her education credentials include an MBA from Texas A&M University, a Master in International Policy & Practice from George Washington University, and studies in International Human Rights Law at the University of Oxford. Holly is also a proud graduate of the American University School of Public Affairs Key Executive Leadership Program, where she was chosen as the graduation speaker by her peers.
When not leading change or speaking on global stages, Holly finds joy in international travel, yoga, and biking—pursuits that reflect her commitment to a balanced and adventurous life.
